The typical modern bodybuilder has only average arms while having a huge waist, wide hips and a big butt.
There is something very wrong with bodybuilding today. Modern bodybuilders claim to be bigger and better than the bodybuilders of the past. But, are they really?
I will admit that bodybuilders are heavier today, weighting 40 or more pounds than they did back in the day. But, why does all that weight seem to go to their waists, hips, butt and thighs – yet their arms are no bigger or even smaller than the old school bodybuilders had.
